If you are a model, this means that you either have to have hired the photographer to shoot you, have special usage permissions in your model release, or you have to request permission from the photographer for this specific usage. If you are a photographer, this means you must have a model release or you have to request permission from the model for this specific usage. By posting, you grant SpookyHotties.com the permission to display your picture in perpetuity. Please also make sure your image is no bigger than 640 pixels in any size and no bigger than 200K in file size. Nudity is entirely acceptable, so long as the picture has a spooky appeal and the person posting has the proper age documentation on file. We are not interested in a close-up of your asshole; if the photo is of you cramming a hundred and thirty pencils into every orifice, then you need to have some really nice eyeliner on. You are encouraged to include credits on your photos and you are welcome to include your URL, but keep in mind where the SpookyHotties.com tag and the rating tag will be imprinted on the picture. A. You probably violated something in the TOS of the question above. Is the picture not yours? Is the picture too big to fit? Is the picture too small to see? Is the picture a generic nude with no spooky appeal? Does the picture appear to be of someone underage? Guess what, we will not only deny your image, but we will report you if you post an even partially nude picture of someone we even slightly suspect might be underage. We are also very likely to report any images posted that obviously belong to someone we know that would be unlikely to authorize usage.

A. This is an odd programming artifact in Explorer but not in other browsers which may eventually be fixed. You probably have cookies disabled in your browser. For now, visitors to SpookyHotties.com are asked to bookmark the site only once, then a cookie is set so it is then known that you have already been asked. If you have cookies disabled, then the code that runs SpookyHotties.com thinks it has never asked you for the bookmark at all, so then it proceeds to ask again. The solution is to re-enable cookies in your web browser and you should be okay.
